Each gathering is thoughtfully held, weaving together nervous system support, holistic practices, and gentle connection in a way that feels natural and unforced. Whether you join us for a quiet afternoon or a full-day immersion, you’ll be welcomed into a safe, nurturing space where your body can soften, your mind can settle, and your whole being can feel supported to rest, reset, and gently open.

Root to Rise: A Nervous System Retreat
What to Expect
A slower pace. Softer shoulders. More room inside your chest.
This retreat is designed to help your nervous system exhale through gentle guidance, grounding practices, and spacious breaks where you don’t have to talk, perform, or “do it right.” You’ll leave with a steadier inner rhythm and a few simple tools you can actually bring back to real life.
Everything is offered gently, with space to take what you need and leave what you don’t.

We’ll gather on Saturday, June 6, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Vicki Tree Wellness at 3626 Line 5 North, Horseshoe Valley, Ontario
If your body has been asking for a slower pace, this might be the space it’s been needing. You’re welcome to come exactly as you are – no pressure, no expectations. There’s nothing to prepare, nothing to get right, and nothing you need to be other than where you already are.

3 pathways to steadiness
What to Expect
This is a gentle, grounded series exploring the nervous system through three core pathways of regulation: understanding, feeling, and integrating.
Each session offers a blend of simple education, somatic awareness, and practical tools you can bring into your everyday life. We slow things down enough for your system to actually take in what’s being offered—without pressure to perform or participate in any certain way.
You are invited to come as you are in each moment. Quiet, curious, overwhelmed, or simply needing a pause—there is space for all of it here. Nothing is required of you beyond showing up.
This is not about doing it “right.” It’s about noticing what your nervous system needs, one small moment at a time.
When & Where
The Nervous System Series is a rotating monthly evening workshop in Midland designed for the one who supports everyone else, but isn’t sure what it would feel like to be supported in a way that actually lands.
April 23 – May 28 – June 25 from 7 pm to 8:30 pm
Come to one, or join all three. Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the experience small, calm, and supported.
You are not here to perform or get it perfect – you’re here to listen inward, at your own pace. Each session is an invitation to soften, notice, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe and sustainable.
